本次大会面向神经科技相关学科领域的学生、学者与临床医生，同时欢迎神经科技企业领域人员参会交流，推动产学研医合作与转化研究。
为给参会者更加充分地交流最新研究成果的机会，本次会议将设置海报展示和口头汇报。会务将从摘要中择优选择口头报告。具体要求如下：
To provide participants with ample opportunities to exchange the latest research findings, this conference will feature both poster and oral presentations. The conference organizers will select oral presentations based on the quality of the abstracts. Specific requirements are as follows:
（1）凡2024年3月以前未正式发表论文均可应征。要求论点明确、叙述清楚、文字精炼、论文摘要限500字符以内，需包括题目、作者及单位，通讯地址及邮编、电话及Email地址，摘要模板请扫描下方二维码获取。论文摘要用英文撰写，请提交word格式的摘要。
All unpublished papers prior to March 2024 are eligible for submission. The requirements include a clear thesis, concise narrative, refined language, and the abstract should be no more than 500 characters. It should include the title, authors and affiliations, contact address with postal code, telephone number, and email address. Please scan the QR code below to obtain the abstract template. The abstract should be written in English and submitted in Word format.
（2）投稿截止日期为：2024年3月1日，逾期摘要概不接受。若未交纳会议注册费稿件将不被接受。
The deadline for submission is March 1, 2024,and no abstracts will be accepted after this date. Please note that manuscripts will only be considered if the conference registration fee has been paid.

本次大会默认电子发票。参会代表在交费前确认好自己的身份再进行支付，发票抬头开**公司的默认为企业代表。注册费发票将在会议召开后一个月内完成开具并发送至注册缴费邮箱，邮件发件人为“诺诺网”。请参会者正确填写发票抬头及税号，发票开出概不退换。请保持手机及邮箱畅通以便及时联系。
This conference defaults to electronic invoices. Before making payment, participants are advised to confirm their identity and proceed accordingly. The invoice will be issued in the name of the ** company by default for corporate representatives.
